There are 4 menu headings - Select, Edit, Debug, and Help.  The menu selections are available in all forms (screens).  The Edit menu contains the Copy and Paste selections.

The Select menu lets you choose which type of password you want to crack.  It is the same as hitting the appropriate button.

The Debug menu lets you choose what type of debugging delay you would like.  In these modes, there is debug information that is printed out at 10, 75, or 150 milliseconds.  The BF selections let you choose to enable or disable brute force checking of passwords.  [See here for more information on brute force checking.]

The Help menu gives you information about the product, some hints, and then example encrypted password strings for UNIX and NT.  It also includes the ability to encrypt passwords.
